Hankinnan kohteena on osoitteessa Kansakoulunkatu 1, 04400 Järvenpää sijaitsevan koulurakennuksen peruskorjaus. Vuonna 1952 valmistunut koulurakennus on asemakaavassa suojeltu merkinnällä sr-11. Peru
