Vanaf 1 januari 2020 sluit ROGplus namens de gemeenten Maassluis, Vlaardingen en Schiedam contracten voor Wmo-dienstverlening voor de taakvelden Huishouden en Begeleiding. Deze procedure omvat de inschrijvingen voor geclusterd wonen. in 2022 is de naamgeving van deze oplossingsoort gewijzigd in "Ondersteuning bij Bijzondere Woonvormen" De regio MVS omvat ongeveer 185.000 inwoners
