Upphandlingen omfattar en sammanhållen tjänst som ger eldrivna fordon som ägs av Malmö Leasing AB tillgång till snabbladdning vid publika laddningspunkter. Tjänsten ska fungera som ett komplement till fordonens ordinarie laddning och omfatta bland annat fordonsbundna RFID-taggar, geografisk tillgång till laddningspunkter, administrationsportal, transaktions- och kostnadsdata, support samt fakturer
