The Norwegian Institute of Public Health shall enter into a framework agreement with one supplier of large ultra freezer coffin freezers with a storage temperature of -80° Celsius.The freezers shall be used for storing biological material at -80°C. They shall function as backup freezers at the time of the existing freezers, and must have sufficient size and be of the type coffin freezers in order
