YTHS perustaa tällä hankintamenettelyllä etänä tuotettavaa hoidon tarpeen arviointipalvelua koskevan puitejärjestelyn. Puitejärjestelyn tarkoituksena on täydentää YTHS:n omaa palvelutuotantoa tilanteissa, joissa YTHS tarvitsee määräaikaista tai kausittaista lisäkapasiteettia hoidon tarpeen arviointiin. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan kaikki tarjoajat, jotka täyttävät tarjouspyynnössä asetetut soveltuvu
