Tilaajan tavoitteena on hankkia joustava ja luotettava yhteistyökumppani Vantaalla sijaitsevien VAV-konsernin omistamien vuokratalokohteiden syväkeräysjätepisteiden vuosihuoltoihin. VAV-konserni omistaa noin 12 000 vuokra-asuntoa, joissa asuu noin 19 000 asukasta.
