The South-East Health Authority (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) shall enter into a framework agreement with a private non-profit supplier for the procurement of specialised rehabilitation services for patients with newly diagnosed or advanced multiple sclerosis (MS). Only non-profit suppliers who can provide the service within the south-east health region can submit tenders.
