Riigihanke eesmärk on leida partner, kes korraldab Eesti Vabariigi põhiseaduse ja kodakondsuse seaduse tundmise koolitusi (edaspidi koolitus või koolitused) vähemalt 400 sihtrühma esindajale ajavahemikul alates lepingu sõlmimisest kuni 31.08.2029.
