According to the Graveyards Act, cremation and funerals (the GraveyArd Act) § 9, if no one takes on a funeral, this shall be provided by the municipality. Oslo kommune Gravplassetaten must take responsibility for approx. 120 funerals per annum. This volume is increasing. In connection with this, Gravplassetaten procures services from a funeral agency to carry out these funerals, which are enclosed
