The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a uniform and individually adapted residential and welfare initiative. The initiative shall include suitable housing, manpower, professional follow-up, management, stand-by and interaction with the municipality and relevant cooperation partners. The measure shall contribute to a stable and reliable housing and welfare situa
