1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa serwera, wyszczególnionego w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ, zwanego dalej „sprzętem”. Przedmiot zamówienia winien być fabrycznie nowy, nieregenerowany, nieużywany, pochodzić z bieżącej produkcji (tj. nie starszy niż z 2025r.), posiadać stosowne certyfikaty dopuszczające do sprzedaży i użytkowania na terenie RP, być legalnie wprowadzonym do obrotu na terenie Europejs
