Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów na terenie gminy Wadowice, o łącznym szacunkowym wolumenie 7 086 212 kWh w okresie dostaw, tj. od dnia 01.01.2027 r. do dnia 31.12.2028 r. odrębnie dla każdego układu pomiarowego, jednak nie wcześniej niż po skutecznym wypowiedzeniu dotychczas obowiązujących umów dostarczania energii oraz pozytywnie przeprowadzonej procedurze
