The aim of the assignment is to develop a research based framework for operationalisation and measuring the police ́s commitment to work within police stand-by. The framework shall identify and describe central dimensions by their commitment ability, as well as develop indicators that can be used to measure these in a systematic manner. Furthermore, the assignment shall identify relevant variables
