Naar aanleiding van het verlopen van de huidige Raamovereenkomst met de Noord Nederlandse Reinigingsdienst B.V. (hierna NNRD) op 1 april 2027, is deze Europese aanbesteding gestart. Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is om één (1) Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de duur van 1 april 2027 tot 1 april 2029, met daarbij tweemaal de mogelijkheid om de Raamovereenkomst te verlengen met één (1)
