Ringsted Kommunes byråd har besluttet, at Hal A i Ringsted Sportscenter skal genopbygges. Hal A blev i december 2025 lukket som følge af risiko for delvis nedstyrtning af lofts- og tagkonstruktionen. Forud for nedlukningen var Hal A Ringsted Sportscenters opvisningshal med en kapacitet på ca. 1.000 tilskuerpladser, og primært anvendt til foreningsaktiviteter som håndbold, floorball og elitehåndbol
