Hankinnan kohteena on lastensuojelun toimeksiantosuhteisen ympärivuorokautisen perhehoidon palvelu. Perhehoidolla tarkoitetaan lapsen tai nuoren hoidon, kasvatuksen ja muun ympärivuorokautisen huolenpidon järjestämistä sijaisperheessä perhehoitolain (263/2015) mukaisesti.
