Część I polega na świadczeniu usług w miejscowościach: Bezrzecze, Wołczkowo, Dobra, Buk, Sławoszewo, Grzepnica, Łęgi, Rzędziny, Stolec. Część II polega na świadczeniu usług w miejscowościach: Mierzyn, Skarbimierzyce, Dołuje, Kościno, Wąwelnica, Redlica.
