Het project levert een toekomstbestendige woon- en werkomgeving op die zorgvuldig wordt geïntegreerd in haar stedelijke context. In totaal worden circa 44 sociale woningen, parkeervoorzieningen, een collectief groen binnengebied en nieuwe kantoren
