A beszerzés célja, hogy a NAV BF BIF Adatmentő Osztályán továbbra is biztosítva legyen a mobiltelefon feltörő és hatékony mobil adatmentő eszközök, szoftverek kontinuitása. Ennek érdekében szükséges a meglévő három Cellebrite 4PC upgradelése, Cellebrite Inseyets online pro verzióra, amelyhez kapcsolódik a már meglévő 2027-08-25-én lejáró Cellebrite Inseyets szoftver. Ehhez a négy adatmentő szoftve
