Hankinnan kohteena on vesi- ja viemärijohtotarvikkeiden hankinta. Tavarat hankitaan pääsääntöisesti työmaakohtaisina toimituksina tilauksessa määriteltyyn paikkaan Kuopion kaupungin alueella.
