Ajánlatkérő dinamikus beszerzési rendszert (DBR) hoz létre, melynek tárgya szakértői szoftverek beszerzése. Ajánlatkérő a felhívás BT-24 (II.2.4.) pontjában, illetve a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban ismerteti azokat a termékkategóriá(ka)t és jellemzőiket, amelyek beszerzése érdekében DBR-t kíván létrehozni. A Kbt. 107.§ (2) bekezdése alapján Ajánlatkérő a DBR-ben megvalósítandó konkrét közbeszerzés
