A beszerzés tárgya egy LIDAR technológián alapuló digitális fakataszter (zöldfelületi kataszter) elkészítése, amely alkalmas faegyed szinten a klímaváltozás hatásainak mérésére, elemzésére és térképi megjelenítésére. A fakataszter: • lézerszkenneléses (MLS és/vagy ALS) felmérésen, • LIDAR pontfelhő és panoráma képek, • valamint 2D és 3D térinformatikai megjelenítésen alapul.
