Predmet javnega razpisa je izvedba javnega razpisa za podelitev »KONCESIJE ZA IZVAJANJE IZBIRNE GOSPODARSKE JAVNE SLUŽBE MESTNI LINIJSKI PREVOZ POTNIKOV V OBČINI BREŽICE«. Koncesija se skladno s 5. členom Odloka podeli za dobo štirih let z možnostjo podaljšanja za največ eno leto. Koncesija začne teči z dnem sklenitve koncesijske pogodbe, razen če ni v koncesijski pogodbi določeno drugače.
