1.Hanke eesmärk on leida tarkvara arenduspartnerid arendus- ja hooldustööde teostamiseks KeMITi hallatavas IT-teenuses „Keskkonnaotsuste infosüsteem“ (edaspidi KOTKAS). 2. Hanke objektiks on arendus- ja hooldustööde teostamine 48 (neljakümne kaheksa) kuu jooksul alates raamlepingu sõlmimisest või kuni raamlepingust tulenevate kohustuste täitmiseni. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimus
