Die Stiftung St. Nikolaihof in Bardowick, vertreten durch die Hansestadt Lüneburg beabsichtigt die Sanierung der denkmalgeschützetn Gebäude 19 Provisorat von 1559 und dem Gebäude 19d aus dem frühen 19.
