Acordul cadru are ca obiect achizitia serviciilor bancare de încasare a contravalorii documentelor de identitate/călătorie. Se va incheia un acord cadru, valabil 36 de luni începând cu data de 01.01.2027, iar implementarea acestuia va consta în prestarea și plata serviciilor. Pe parcursul acordului cadru se vor încheia 3 (trei) contracte subsecvente. contract subsecvent nr. 1: 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2
