Die GIZ betreibt seit 2005 ein Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) auf Basis von OpenText Content Server. Zuletzt fand ein Upgrade auf die Version 23.3 statt. Das DMS verwaltet ca. 40 Mio. Objekte, und es wird von ca. 25.300 Usern weltweit genutzt.
