Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych utwardzonych o długości 247 km (74 km dróg w granicach miasta, 173 km dróg poza granicami miasta) oraz 9 km dróg gruntowych (2,3 km dróg w granicach miasta, 6,7 km dróg poza granicami miasta). Utrzymaniem zimowym w ramach „Akcji zima 2026/2028” objęte są jezdnie utwardzone (asfalt, kostka betonowa) i drogi gruntowe, place, parkingi i chod
