Die Villa Bühlhalde aus dem Jahre 1874 wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Kantonalen Denkmalpflege instandgesetzt. Einzelne Bauteile werden behutsam ausgebaut und ersetzt, andere ertüchtigt oder restauriert. Für den Einbau der Gebäudetechnik werden die vorhandenen Kamine genutzt. Der Park und die Nebengebäude werden ebenfalls instandgesetzt.
