Hankkeessa toteutetaan valtion eri virastojen yhteinen työympäristö (jäljempänä YTY) 15 + 2 valtion asiakkaalle. Toteutettava alue koostuu rakennuksen A- ja osin B-osasta. Virastojen uudet yhteinen asiakaspalvelutila (=Suomi-piste) sijoittuu rakennuksen ensimmäiseen kerrokseen ja kokouskeskus toiseen kerrokseen. Yhteiset työtilat sijoittuvat kerroksiin 2–4.
