Udbuddet omfatter udskiftning af 14.500 eksisterende SIM-kort, monteret i dataloggere og placeret i de 8 ejerkommuner som ejer HOFOR, som på nuværende tidspunkt kommunikerer via 2G netværk. De nye SIM-kort skal kunne kommunikere med det nuværende 2G og 4G LTE Cat. M1 netværk.
