Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Konzeption, Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung eines HIL-spezifischen Führungskräfteentwicklungsprogramms. Neben dem Programm sollen Begleit- und Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen zur Festigung der vermittelten Inhalte konzipiert, geplant und durchgeführt werden. Das Programm soll insgesamt eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren mit Option auf Verlängerung
