Väylävirasto on päättänyt solmia 4-vuotisia puitesopimuksia maaperä ja pohjatutkimusten, sekä tärinä- ja melumittausten toteuttamiseksi. Hankinnan tavoitteena on mahdollistaa laadukkaan tutkimusaineiston tuottaminen tehokkaasti. Tilaaja teettää tämän puitesopimuksen perusteella seuraavia tehtäviä: Helsinki-Riihimäki kapasiteetin lisääminen 2. vaihe ja 3. vaihe, sekä Helsinki - Tampere perusparannu
