1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa udzielenia i obsługi długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w wysokości 4.200.000 zł w rozumieniu art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 38 z późn. zm.) przeznaczonego na sfinansowanie rozchodów z tytułu spłaty rat kredytów zaciągniętych w latach 2019 -2025. Zamawiający dopuszcza refundację już dokonanych spłat kredytów. 2. K
