The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement with é n provider who can see to the organisation ́s total need for the procurement, administration and administration of Microsoft licences and subscriptions. The objective of the procurement is to ensure cost effective, flexible and future orientated access to software, cloud services, licence management and accom
