Riigihanke eesmärgiks on hankelepingute sõlmimine Tallinna Vanglale, Tartu Vanglale ja Viru Vanglale (edaspidi ostja) mitmesuguste majapidamistarvete (edaspidi kaubad) ostmiseks alates 01.01.2027 (eeldatav algus) kuni 31.12.2028. Hankelepingu esemeks on nii kaupade müümine vastavalt ostja poolt esitatud tellimustele kui ka kaupade tarnimine ostja aadressile. Kaupade tarnimine hõlmab lisaks kaupade
