Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue (jäljempänä Tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta sosiaalihuoltolain (1301/2014) 21, 21 a, 21 b ja 21 c §:n mukaisten tuetun asumisen, yhteisöllisen asumisen ja ympärivuorokautisen palveluasumisen palveluista. Kyseessä on hankintalain (Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista 1397/2016) liitteen E mukainen hankinta. Hankinta toteutetaan dynaamisen kaltaisena
