Die Fläche, auf welchem das Bauvorhaben entstehen soll ist ca. 1.700m² groß. Auf der Projektfläche befindet sich aktuell eine Turnhalle aus den 1970er Jahren, für den Abbruch dieser werden Fördermittel beantragt, anschließend an den Abbruch soll der Neubau der Multifunk
