Gegenstand und Umfang dieser Ausschreibung ist die Wartung der Lüftungsanlagen des städtischen ShopVille. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Durchführung von Inspektionen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie das Störungsmanagement gemäss den Vorgaben des SLA für die Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen. Die Leistungen sind an 365 Tagen im Jahr während 16 Stunden pro Tag sicherzustellen.
