De inkoopbehoefte bestaat uit levering van diesel (B0 of HVO100) met een flexibel contract in afwachting van de uitkomsten HVO100 pilot Wortman en project weerbaarheid m.b.t. aanleg strategische brandstofvoorraad. Voor deze aanbesteding wordt de opdrachtwaarde primair vastgesteld op basis van de geraamde af te nemen hoeveelheid brandstof (liters) in plaats van uitsluitend een bedrag in euro’s. De
