Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η αποκατάσταση βλαβών του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού και ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού των αντλιοστασίων ύδρευσης, άρδευσης, λυμάτων καθώς και στις Ε.Ε.Λ. του Δήμου. Βλαβών που προέρχονται είτε λόγω μακροχρόνιας χρήσης και φθοράς του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού, ή λόγω εξωγενών παραγόντων, όπως πτώση της στάθμης του νερού των γεωτρήσεων, πτώση κεραυνών, πλημμυρικά φαινόμενα,
