Med fastighetsjour avses att entreprenören utanför ordinarie arbetstid ska avhjälpa akuta fel som uppstår i fastigheterna på ett snabbt, smidigt och ekonomiskt sätt. Syftet med ett snabbt avhjälpande är att undvika större skador samt undanröja risk för följdskador på våra fastigheter samt att upprätthålla en hög servicenivå för våra hyresgäster.
