Seit 2020 stellt das Bundesland Berlin den öffentlichen Schulen neben dem moodlebasierten Lernraum Berlin das Lernmanagementsystem itslearning aus Landesmitteln zur Verfügung. Da der Vertrag ausläuft, soll nun über eine Vergabe ein nicht moodlebasiertes LMS als Ergänzung zum Lernraum Berlin beschafft werden, um den Schulen weiterhin eine Alternative bieten zu können.
