Hankinnan kohteena on päihdelaitospalvelun hankinta Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialueelle. Päihdelaitospalvelun tehtävänä on tarjota asiakkaille turvallinen hoito- ja kuntoutusympäristö, jossa saa ohjausta, tukea, hoitoa ja kuntoutusta päihteettömyyden tueksi.
