Sowohl die Dachaufbauten, die Entwässerung als die Absturzsicherung sind marode und entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Stand der Technik. Sämtliche Dachaufbauten des Gebäudeteils inklusive der Entwässerung sollen erneuert werden.
