Espoon kaupunki ja Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuskeittiö (kumpikin myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytävät tarjouksia varavoimakoneiden huolto- ja korjauspalveluista. Tilaajan tavanomaisimmat tilaukset toimittajilta ovat varavoimakoneiden vuosihuollot ja niiden yhteydessä huomattujen vikojen korjaukset. Nykyisten varavoimakoneiden teholuokka Espoon kaupungin Tilapalvelut -liikelaitoksessa on 10kW - 1200kW.
