Aastatel 2023 – 2024 on ehitatud reoveepuhastausjaama biogaasil töötav elektri- ja soojusenergia koostootmisjaama (CHP) kompleks. Töövõtja peab tagama ennetava ja korrigeeriva hooldusteenuse osutamise CHP kompleksile vastavalt perioodil 16 400 kuni 59 999 töötundi. Lisaks eeltoodule, peab olema tagatud ka tehniline tugi ja rajatisse paigaldatud seadmete varuosade kättesaadavus kogu seadmete eluea
