Het verzamelen van de watermeterstanden is een kritiek proces voor de facturatie van SWA. De continuïteit van het aanleveren van de meterstanden dient derhalve gewaarborgd te zijn. Doel is het collecteren van zoveel mogelijk en correcte watermeterstanden en geautomatiseerd doorgeven aan SWA, zodat SWA haar klanten accuraat en tijdig kan factureren voor het drinkwaterverbruik.
