Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa 35 kompletów aparatury pomiarowej (zwanych dalej stacjami monitoringu hałasu) do monitoringu hałasu komunikacyjnego. W skład każdego kompletu wchodzi: 1 miernik poziomu dźwięku, 1 stacja pogodowa oraz 1 system rejestracji struktury ruchu pojazdów wraz z zasilaniem (stałe łącze prądowe oraz akumulator podtrzymujący), statywami i oprzyrządowaniem umożliwia
