Η Πράξη θα υλοποιηθεί με τη σύναψη μεικτής σύμβασης προμήθειας & υπηρεσίας (λειτουργία και συντήρηση) κατά την έννοια των άρθρων 2 και 4 νόμου Ν.4412/2016 όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει. Η Σύμβαση περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα δύο τμήματα: ΤΜΗΜΑ 1 : ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ υλικών - εξοπλισμού & των εγκαταστάσεων ή/και συστημάτων. Οι παρεμβάσεις που θα πραγματοποιηθούν στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας σύμβασης
